Jane Elliott Blue-Eyed Program
Jane Elliott started it all in 1968…… when she divided her all-white 3rd grade classroom by eye color, and systematically discriminated against the blue-eyed children. The deep impact of this lesson on racism was captured by ABC-TV cameras and led to the birth of diversity training.
